I’ve had the pleasure of working in the customer service area in past positions, as an agent, trainer, supervisor, and manager, respectively. My interests lay in Project Management and Real State. I’m really grateful for being a part of this great team where you never stop learning, we aim for excellence, and we always put people first! I’m a firm believer that every company must develop leaders, set high standards, and put a special emphasis on its culture. That’s why I’m thrilled to be on the Nest team; they truly match my beliefs, character, and personality!
In my spare time, I really enjoy reading about leadership, management, strategy, and philosophy. My favorite quote is “Facta non-verba” which basically means “Acts, not words”.
