It is a pleasure to be part of the Nest Team! I have dedicated the majority of my work-life to customer service, as a certified personal trainer, sports physical therapist and bilingual interpreter, with a speciality in the medical field. After earning my bachelor’s degree in Sports Training, I never thought I would expand my horizon of knowledge towards the business field into property management.

After years of hard work and dedication to learning and mastering customer service skills, professional bilingual interpretation, aside of what I mastered from my career field, I was eager to expand and share my knowledge and skills, and to find a workplace that thrived in the growth vibrancy. That is how I found my home at Flock DC as a Client Experience Assistant! Coming into Flock DC, I found that my health-related customer service background translated perfectly into an area that is equally as important as supporting a client’s health— supporting a client’s home.

When I’m not assisting the Flock DC staff in bringing out my best to support our wonderful team and clients, I’m usually doing some exercise to keep my body, mind and soul healthy; doing some sports therapy rehab sessions, and coaching people through on-site and online coaching, helping people reach their fitness and well-being goals.
